Updates

• Finally found a fix for the randomly disappearing author tags on the console pages.
• Also added a glossary-style navigation (# A-D E-H I-L M-P Q-T U-Z) because there are now 90! NES videos.
• Every video that has appeared on this thread has been posted, except for those below (not embeddable).
• Added Space Shuttle to header graphic. I don’t know if I like it or not.
• Some random cleanup.
